Praline Bars
3/4 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar, divided
2 teaspoons vanilla, divided
1 and 1/2 cups flour
2 eggs
2 packages (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup almond brickle chips
1/4 cup SMUCKER'S® Caramel or Hot Caramel Ice Cream Topping
Mix butter, 1/2 cup of the sugar and 1 teaspoon of the vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.
Gradually add flour, mixing on low speed until blended. Press onto bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 23 minutes until lightly browned.
Mix cream cheese, remaining sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix well. Stir in chips. Pour over crust.
Drop teaspoonfuls of caramel topping over cream cheese mixture. Gently run a knife through the batter to swirl the caramel topping.
Bake for 30 minutes more. Cool in pan on wire rack.
Refrigerate. Cut into bars.
