Apple-Cinnamon Glazed Grapefruit
Ingredients:
- 2 ruby red or pink grapefruits, halved horizontally
- 4 tablespoons SMUCKER'SŪ Cider Apple Butter
- Ground cinnamon
- 4 raspberries
Directions:
Adjust broiler rack until top of grapefruits are 4 inches below element. Preheat broiler.
Remove seeds and loosen citrus sections by releasing them from membranes with a small sharp knife.
Place the grapefruits on a shallow baking sheet. Spread 1 tablespoon of apple cider butter on each half; sprinkle with cinnamon.
Broil the grapefruit until the topping begins to bubble, about 5-7 minutes.
Garnish with a raspberry in the center of each half. Serve immediately.
