Peanut Butter & Chutney Dip
1 cup Smucker's Natural Peanut Butter
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 cup cranberry chutney or chutney
Water biscuits or crackers
Mix cream cheese and curry powder until well blended. Spread on nine-inch serving plate. Spread peanut butter over cream cheese. Spread chutney over peanut butter.
Chill until serving. Serve with water biscuits or crackers. Store in refrigerator.
Additional curry powder can be added for a spicier flavor.
Makes six to eight servings. |
